Thanks to the parental contribution subsidy from the Free State of Bavaria, families can reduce their childcare costs by 100 € per month until they start school. The 100 € allowance is valid from September 1 of the calendar year in which the child turns three and is paid until the child starts school. This is not yet included in our childcare costs. The childcare costs are adjusted by approximately three percent per year. The currently valid prices for the daycare year of 2024/25 from September 2024 can be found here.
