Benefits for our educational employees The attractive Wichtel Academy salary package for educators will be introduced from September 2022 at all of the Wichtel Academy’s locations: The new salary package consists of a basic salary from the TVöD SuE, the job market supplement (for educational experts), the Munich supplement and the SuE supplement (see also the example calculation below) There is also a performance-based annual special payment of 80% of a basic monthly wage, which is paid upon the achievement of targets.
