What you can expect as an English Educator (mfx) with us

You will implement our modern pedagogical concept in our facilities and participate in the further development of the concept with our management team.
You will independently design projects based on our child-centered pedagogy and implement them with the children
You accompany the children's development and provide them with targeted and individual support
You communicate openly and confidently with parents and work in partnership with them

What you need as an English Educator (mfx)

You are an English Educator (mfx) with a recognized professional qualification as an educator (at least BA in early childhood education; MA, diplomas or certificates are an advantage) or childcare worker.
You have a perfect or very good command of the English language
You have at least a B1 level in German and are interested in improving your German language skills
You have professional experience in working with groups of children aged 3 to 6 years old
You are enthusiastic about working with children and have great empathy
You are familiar with theories and practices of child development and early childhood education
You are flexible, helpful and a real team player
